Stamattina presto sono andata a correre in spiaggia con Jacqui, la mia amica austriaca. Alcuni bambini ci hanno anche raggiunto durante la nostra corsa ed è stato molto divertente!
Sicuramente questa costa non è come quella del Kenya, famosa per le sue spiagge bianche, il colore blue brillante dell’Oceano Indiano e il cielo soleggiato…allo stesso modo è stato stupendo sentire quel senso profondo di libertà unito all’allenamento!

This early morning me and Jacqui, my friend from Austria, had jogging on the beach. Great time spent together with some local kids as well who caught us up during our running. it was so cute!
Definetely this coast is not like the one in Kenya that is so famous for its white sand, brilliant blue Indian Ocean water and sunny sky.. likewise it was definetely so awesome feeling a deep sense of freedom mixed to workout!
